Maurizio Esposito
Maurizio has 10 years of experience in M&A and over 20 years in private equity, including 20 years as CEO of Credem Private Equity SGR. He has successfully completed over 100 transactions including M&A advisory, investments, add-ons, and exits. His performance is among the top quartile of the market, with an average return of 3x on invested capital.
Giorgio Antichi
Giorgio has over 30 years of experience in M&A advisory, strategic consulting, and portfolio management, as well as having served as CEO of Italian SMEs in both growth and turnaround phases.
He is an experienced manager in strategic and management consulting and mid-market business due diligence. Throughout his career, he has managed over 100 projects including M&A transactions, business due diligence, and strategic consulting.
Nicola Annoscia
Nicola joined Komplementa in February 2025 as an Investment Analyst. Previously, he worked at Metrika SGR, an industrial private equity fund, and Goetzpartners, a consulting firm specializing in private equity practices. He holds a Master of Science in Administration, Finance & Control with a major in Corporate Finance from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
Luigi Radice
Luigi has over 15 years of experience in private equity and corporate M&A, working with leading investment funds (Eurizon ITER, F2i) and companies (Irideos, Atlantia, Pirelli RE). He has a proven track record of deal execution, having completed transactions worth over €1 billion in various sectors (infrastructure, B2B services). In the asset management sector, he has held both senior management roles and board member roles for several portfolio companies.
Marialiliana Conte
Marialiliana Conte is a professional with over twenty years of experience in the financial intermediation sector, with a particular focus on private equity and asset management. She has gained extensive experience in investment administration, evaluation, and monitoring, regulatory aspects, and fund governance, working with leading industry players, including Ambienta SGR and Hyle Capital Partners SGR.
